Viewing the Reason a Claim Reversal was Rejected or Failed

1. Open the prescription in Rx Detail.
2. Press the Third Party tab. The reason the claim reversal failed is shown at the bottom of the tab.
3. To view a more detailed reason why the claim reversal failed, press beside the Status field.

Note: You can also press the More Info button. This button only appears if a message was sent back by the third party.

4. Press the Response tab.
5. If the claim has been submitted to more than one third party, use the Next and Previous buttons to view the details for each third party.
6. Press the Done button. You return to the Third Party tab.
